Pain-free back on your bike – no compromises.

Cycling isn’t just a hobby—it’s your outlet, your freedom, your identity.

Ask yourself

Why are you here?

From the WorldTour to Everyday Riders – These Are the Most Common Cycling Injuries I Treat:

After spending time on tour with professional cyclists, I’ve seen firsthand the most common aches and pains that come with time in the saddle. Whether you’re a Pro, Passionate cyclist or Next-Gen rider you might be dealing with some of these issues too:

  • Knee pain
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Lower back pain
  • Numbness or tingling in the fingers
  • Chest tightness or restricted breathing
  • Tight hamstrings
  • Stiff or “locked up” hips

These aren’t just annoying—they can really impact your performance and enjoyment on the bike.

You’ve seen doctors, tried physios, and rested for weeks – but the pain always comes back.

You don’t just want another “quick fix.”

You want the health expert with real life experience to understand what’s really holding you back – and return on the bike with clarity, control, and confidence.

Back on the bike - pain-free, structured, long-term.

My Approach

A Different Approach.
A Better Outcome.

I customize every rehab plan specially for you – not the average.

From my perspective, true performance is built within the optimal tissue loading window.

Optimal Loading

Where do the real performance gains happen?

Inside the Green-Zone Window — the sweet spot where your training stress matches your body’s ability to absorb, adapt, and come back stronger.

To read more about the Orange-Zone and Red-Zone, click here:

What is the Green-Zone Window?

It’s the intersection of:

Neurological readiness
think of it as your performance “operating system.”
Tissue load tolerance –
like a credit limit: increase it over time, and you can “spend” more in training without going into the red.
Recovery capacity –
like your performance battery: the better it recharges, the more power you can put out day after day.

This is optimal loading — where your body grows stronger, not just tired.

This is where results happen.

Process

When These Three Are in Sync —
You Perform at Your Best.

This is the science behind my custom T.O.P. Concept

(Test → Optimise → Perform)

Bringing WorldTour-level insight to Passionate cyclists

1.

Test

A full functional and biomechanical assessment to find your current “The Green Zone-Window” including movement screening, neuro-orthopaedic and functional baseline testing.

For example do you have hip Range of Motion for the bike position you have been fitted into?

2.

Optimize

Targeted exercises, training adjustments, and hands-on therapy when needed. For example, work on the hip range of motion to offload your knee that flares up every time you do more climbing.

3.

Perform

From start to finish without pain. Improved output, racing, or training results.

For example, doing your pre-race mobility/activation exercises will prepare your mind and body for that extra 2% boost.

Outcome is the difference !

Don’t just take my word for it — try it yourself.

Chances are, they can. Maybe even with ease.

So, here is a real question:

Do you think they should be doing the same exercises as you?

Probably not.

And yet, that’s exactly what happens at most clinics — one-size-fits-all programs with little regard for your cycling specific limitations, goals, or starting point.

That’s where I come in.

What works for someone else won’t always work for you. Results come when your plan is built around your body, your needs, and your goals

In my opinion The Touch Your Toes test is potentially the single most useful and convenient test to perform. For me it shows clearly 3 things:

 1. if you are potentially limited at your hip flexors – front of your hips

2. If the limitation is through hamstring/glute – behind your legs

3. or if the limitation is at your lower back

To take it even further, do the test before you go riding, write it down where and what you feel and redo the test after you have finished your ride. Does it feel different? Feel free to let me know either through an Instagram message or send email to info@cycling.clinic.

About me

Why ride with me?

I’m not just your therapist.
I’m the health expert in your team.

I’ve worked for multiple years with EF Education–EasyPost – one of the world’s top cycling teams.

I’ve been racing for 19 years, and I’ve dealt with all sorts of injuries such as knee or lower back pain myself.

I know what it’s like to sit out a race. To tell yourself it’ll be fine – until it isn’t. That’s why I take every rider’s journey personally.

When you win, I feel it. When you struggle, I act.

Because I don’t just treat symptoms – I build the foundation for your next breakthrough.

Pain-free rides aren’t a fantasy — they’re the result of the right strategy, tailored to your body, your ride, and your goals.

Passionate cyclists often drift into the Orange Zone long before symptoms appear. That’s why your rehab needs to be precise, structured, and performance-focused — not reactive.
