Cycling Seminars & Webinars for Pain-Free Performance

Practical, cyclist-specific education to help you understand your body, manage training load, and ride stronger — without pain dictating your season.

  • In-person seminars (Basel)
  • Live online webinars
  • Built for road, endurance & youth cyclists

What to Expect

What will you learn from these Seminars and Webinars?

Most cycling pain problems don’t start with injury.

They start when early warning signs are missed and training load increases faster than the body is ready to handle.

The Cycling Clinic event series helps cyclists:

  • understand what pain and movement patterns actually mean
  • recognise readiness issues before they become problems
  • make smarter training decisions — early season and beyond

No generic advice.
No guesswork.
Just clear, cyclist-specific strategies.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these events suitable if I don’t currently have pain?

Yes. These sessions are designed for cyclists with or without pain.
Addressing readiness and load management before pain appears is often the most effective approach.

Are these treatment or assessment sessions?

No. These are educational seminars and webinars with practical takeaways and clear frameworks.
They are not individual treatment or bike fitting sessions.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes — but each person must register separately.
Spaces are limited, so individual registration helps us manage capacity and keep the sessions effective.

Why are places limited?

Group sizes are intentionally small to allow interaction, questions, and practical discussion.

  • In-person seminars are limited to 6 participants
  • Online webinars are limited to 10 participants

What should I bring to an in-person seminar?

Just yourself. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Can I attend online instead of in person?

Yes. Online webinars are offered for selected topics and dates and are listed on this page.

Will there be more dates or topics in the future?

Yes. This page is updated regularly as new seminars and webinars are released.

Is this a medical consultation?

This seminar is educational in nature.

It is not intended to provide medical diagnosis or individual medical advice.

Any examples discussed are general and for educational purposes only.

Individual assessment or treatment recommendations require a separate, one-to-one consultation.

Ride pain-free by strategy, not luck.
