As a performance therapist and passionate cyclist, I don’t stand on the sidelines – I ride with you.
I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it feels like to push too hard. To ignore pain for the sake of the next milestone. To get up, race, and tell yourself it’ll be fine – until it’s not.
That’s why I do what I do.
I help athletes like you – ambitious, focused, sometimes overcommitted – build resilience where it matters most: in your body, your mindset, and your long-term vision.
“I’m part of your team – not just your therapist. Because your journey is mine too.”
I help ambitious amateur athletes and young talents become pain-free and high-performing – through precise diagnostics, personalized therapy, and real support on their way to athletic goals.
You don’t wait for your bike to fall apart before a tune-up — so why treat your body any differently? Whether you’re chasing a podium, a personal best, or simply keeping up on the Sunday ride, I’ll be the health anchor in your performance team
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building the foundation for everything you want to achieve on – and off – the bike.
I’m in this for the long game.
When you win, I feel it. When you struggle, I take it personally. Because I don’t treat symptoms – I commit to your path.
It’s not just about fixing what’s broken. It’s about unlocking what’s possible.
Whether you’re fighting to ride pain-free again or chasing a place in the pro peloton – I’m your anchor. The one who sees what others miss. The one who stays when the pressure rises. The one who doesn’t just believe in you – but acts on it.
– but a personal journey
Every athlete’s story is unique. So is my approach.
– not just your therapist
I integrate with your cycling coach, your parents, and your plan – because real progress is teamwork.
I bring professional expertise, but I also bring focus, empathy, and real commitment.
Sports have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Sports have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My earliest memory? Standing around a basketball court, soaking up the energy of team sport.
I spent 12 years playing basketball, trained and competed in Triathlon and Cycling – over 30 years of moving, competing, and learning what the human body is capable of.
Later, I studied Sport Sciences in Tallinn University and Sports Chiropractic in the Anglo-European Chiropractic College (AECC) in the UK.
At Chiropractic College I had a scholarship to represent my university at the British University Championships in Time Trials – and that’s when the dream to work with cyclists was born.
Today, I’ve been racing for 19 years – and yes, I still get on the start line, still push hard, still make mistakes, and still learn.
For the past multiple years, I’ve been working with EF Education–EasyPost – one of the world’s most recognized WorldTour cycling teams.
This experience has shaped how I work with every athlete – from young riders dreaming of the pro ranks to adults simply wanting to ride pain-free again.
Because whether you’re at the WorldTourr level or just starting your cycling journey – the fundamentals are the same:
I don’t just work with athletes – I am one.
I’ve struggled with knee pain myself. I’ve ignored the early signs, pushed too far, and learned the hard way how important the right support is.
But I’ve also always found a way back. And that’s what I help my athletes do: recover, rebuild, and move forward stronger.
I’m even taking on the L’Etape 2025 – the unofficial world championships for amature cyclist, like myself. Every year more than 16000 cyclists race the Queen Stage of the Tour de France – because I believe in living the same challenge I help others face.
I support cyclists of all levels – from adults struggling with chronic pain to young riders chasing professional dreams – in reaching their goals without sacrificing their health.
Through targeted diagnostics, custom therapy, and ongoing support, I act as a health expert within your performance team.
This isn’t an off-the-shelf treatment.
It’s a responsibility in motion.
Your health anchor on the bike: combining expert diagnostics, hands-on therapy, and strategic rehab to keep you pain-free, strong, and moving toward every cycling goal.
